A small family team turning one real recovery from insomnia into an app anyone can follow.

Co-founder of Zomni
Marina is a co-founder of Zomni. It all started at home: her husband went through months of barely sleeping, got obsessed with sleep tracking — which only made things worse — and eventually restored his sleep with CBT-I habits instead of sleeping pills. Zomni is that experience turned into an app, and Marina builds it so the method is easier to follow than it was for him.
Marina is not a clinician. Zomni supports better sleep habits and is not a substitute for professional medical care.
The full story — the 2 AM Googling, the tracker obsession with a clinical name (orthosomnia), the brutal first weeks of sleep restriction, and why the app is called Zomni — is in Maksim's own words, as told to Marina:
“I Couldn’t Sleep — So I Built a Solution” →Zomni adapts cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) — the first-line treatment recommended by the American College of Physicians — into daily wellness habits: sleep restriction, stimulus control, and cognitive techniques. Every claim we make is sourced.
Read the methodology and research →Questions, feedback, press — we read everything.
